This page is an assignment for EDU-642NC at Southern New Hampshire University as part of my master's degree coursework.

Educational Technology Toolbox

As part of the requirements for the critical task of EDU-642NC at SNHU, I have gathered a selection of 4 EdTech tools that may benefit teachers in the Manchester School District. Each tool has its own page in this portfolio along with the summary provided here. Use the buttons, links, and menu to navigate the portfolio.

Kami

Kami is a PDF editing, sharing, and annotating app. Manchester School District has a premium subscription allowing full integration with Google Classroom. Use this tool to share PDFs with students, teaching annotation skills, and offer interactive digital worksheets with multimedia feedback options in your classroom.

CommonLit

CommonLit is an online literacy program that provides high-quality instructional materials and tools to enhance reading instruction and student engagement. Manchester School District does not have a premium subscription, but the suite of features is available to teachers and students free of charge.

Quill

Quill is an interactive writing skills website that provides open-source literacy instruction for students in grades 3-12. Teachers can assign lessons targeted to student needs and use whole-class lessons to target grade level skills. The activities and lessons are aligned to Common Core writing standards.

Blooket

Blooket offers interactive, gamified review platform. Teachers can choose from a variety of synchronous and asynchronous game modes to engage students in review of any content. It is appropriate for students in elementary, middle, and high school.
